Pack Trick Pulls LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is a U.S.-based business specializing in the sale of collectible trading cards, including Pokémon, One Piece, and various sports cards. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service along with our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you must have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Area: We only ship within the United States.

  • Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delays: Pack Trick Pulls LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, natural events, or other unforeseen issues.

4. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless one of the following applies:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your item was damaged in transit.

For damaged items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographic evidence and your order number.

5. Product Condition and Listings

  • Product listings are described to the best of our ability.

  • Conditions of cards may be subjectively graded unless noted as professionally graded.

  • Stock images may be used for product representation unless otherwise specified.

6. Pricing and Availability

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, out-of-stock items, or any other reason.

7. Payment

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods indicated at checkout.

  • Orders must be paid in full before they are processed and shipped.

8. Account Responsibility

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pack Trick Pulls LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or services.
